Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and specious, with all the necessary amenities, although the heater was a bit inconsistent. The service was beyond accommodating, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was central, providing easy access to attractions like the Blue Cross Arena, but lacked dining options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were in great condition, and the beds were oh so comfy. However, my room did not have a small refrigerator with a freezer. The wine bottles and everything else from linen were a nice touch, but the room was only serviced once during our five-day stay, and the cleaning staff were still working on rooms close to 7 pm one night.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were in great condition, with oh so comfy beds, but I couldn’t ignore the disgraceful state with food and trash under the beds. The service was top-notch; they were so friendly and helpful even during a busy convention. Location-wise, access to urban amenities was great, but the presence of street people begging at the doors was off-putting. Dining at their 'sister property' was a highlight with plenty to choose from. A mixed bag overall!
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the spacious room that could host a Thanksgiving meal and the lack of a fridge or microwave, it didn't meet my expectations. The price was on the higher side, which made it less appealing. However, the location was convenient for my needs and had good access to downtown and nearby attractions.
The hotel was a bit disappointing with dirty rooms covered in white dog hair and in need of upgrades, but the friendly service and excellent dining made up for some of the shortcomings. The location was quiet and not very lively, offering some urban amenities but lacking in bustling activity.
